Yes. You have seven days upon delivery of your artwork to return it for any reason and receive a full refund. The artwork must be returned undamaged before a refund can be issued.
What happens if an artwork is damaged in transit?

Can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is only available within Australia.
International shipping incurs an additional fee. Please email us for a shipping quote.
Why are large paintings shipped un-stretched?
Large canvases are shipped un-stretched and rolled up in a PVC tube. The canvas is rolled paint surface up and wrapped in acid free paper and then two layers of bubble wrap. The PVC tube is very tough and is capped at either end.
The buyer will need to have the canvas professionally stretched at a local framing store or a large art supply shop. The cost of stretching is at the buyers expense and the purchase price is considerably reduced to reflect this additional cost to the buyer.
Can I have an artwork delivered to a PO Box?
No. All artworks must be delivered to a physical address.
Can I order now and request delivery on or after a certain date?
Yes. Let us know in the comment section of your order or email us after you place your order and we can make the necessary arrangements.
